Candidacy and elections
| Who is being elected? | Elected are Equal Opportunities colleges
This means that the Equal Opportunities Officer is assisted by several deputies. Most equality colleges see themselves as a team that advises and encourages each other when a situation is complex or resistance is great, and that rejoices together when something has been successful. Every team is happy about more shoulders to share the workload with as well as new perspectives on the work they do and are very glad about new members to join them! |
| What can I run for? | You can run for the entire university or for your faculty or for the non-faculty areas.
|
| Who is supporting the Equal Opportunities officers in their work? |
All equal opportunity officers at MLU exchange ideas in the Equal Opportunities Commission and are supported by the Equal Opportunities Office. |
Participation and Engagement aside the Candidacy
Even if you don't feel like holding office, the Equal Opportunities Officers are also happy to work with individuals and groups.
Whether you have ideas for a project, criticism or suggestions for improvement - the Equal Opportunities Officers are the right people for you!
They take your suggestions and concerns on board and pass them on if you wish and/or advise and support you in your plans.
