Getting elected: Run for Equal Opportunities Officer!
Rund for the position of one of the Equal Opportunities Officers. Besides the work for something important there are many more reasons to do so!
Important to know: You are not alone!
Elected are Equal Opportunities Officers and their representations. They compare notes with eachtother in the equality commission and are supported by the Equal Opportunities Office. Most of the councils see eachother as team partners who they empower and provide advise to. They suffer together when the opposition was to strong and celebrate collective achievements. Every team would be pleased to get more supporters with new perspectives and invites you to work with them.
You can run for the whole university or for your faculty or administration and central areas. If interested in working with the equality team of faculties or administration, please contact their collegues. If interested in enriching the team of the Equal Opportunities Officers of the whole university, please contact the Equal Opportunities Office.
Participation and Engagement aside the Candidacy
Even if you are not interested in an official position you can work as a single person or group together with the Equal Opportunities Officers.
They welcome you with projects, critic or suggestions for improvement. Equal Opportunities Officers collect your proposals and concerns and transfer, counsil or support you if wished.
