Staff Selection and Development

The aim of equality is to achieve representative gender ratios at all career levels (horizontal) and technical areas (vertical). A central starting point for this are gender-equitable (especially prejudice-reflected) assessment and selection procedures as well as a gender-sensitive personnel development. It also includes central employment conditions, such as the duration and type of contract, the organisation of working hours and remuneration. Other decisive influencing factors such as dealing with each other/misconduct, compatibility or career and study orientation are discussed elsewhere.
